Thanks to everyone for being patient through our unexpected hiatus there but now we're back and it's time to ROCK! The premiere of Fresh TV's new series Grojband is right around the corner and we're celebrating with a new art jam!
This prompt is simple: let's see your favourite Fresh TV character or characters ROCKING OUT! Playing an instrument, moshing at a show, dancing to the radio, HEADBANGING like there's no tomorrow, whatever! Bonus points if you design a new GRUNGETACULAR outfit for them and even more bonus points if you include a character from Grojband itself! These points are entirely made up so you better believe I'm prepared to be pretty generous with them!
The art jam runs until the end of June! In the meantime, drop a comment below telling us who your favourite rock band is and your favourite song!

Fan Art Banners now live at re:Fresh!

Congratulations to everyone! There's a new post right here discussing what we loved about these pieces.
We weren't able to feature every submission, partly because several of them weren't posted in the correct dimensions of the banner carousel. Don't worry, though! We're going to be changing up the banners every now and then so if you missed out this time just keep your eyes peeled for another opportunity.

Design a Banner for re:Fresh Update!
Hey gang!
We've gotten some great submissions for the re:Fresh blog banner so far but I'm betting that as usual there are a few of you waiting until the last minute to get yours in! If that sounds like you then it's time to shift into high gear because we'll be announcing which banners will be part of the first rotation of featured fan art on Friday, March 8th.
That means that your piece needs to be submitted by midnight Thursday, March 7th, EST so that we'll have time to see it while we're picking out our favourites. Just leave a comment here or on the original art jam journal entry with a link to your banner!

February - Design a Banner for re:Fresh!
Hey gang!
We're now well into 2013 and the band spanking new Fresh TV site is up and running! This has been a long time coming and we're really pumped to finally be getting to show it off to everyone.
But what do the site revamp and Fresh fan art have to do with each other? Well, if you've been exploring the new webpage, you've probably noticed the new re:Fresh homepage with it's slick sliding images! We've started out with some great work from sasukee23loveeer but we're hoping to get some more pieces, enough to cycle through and feature a bunch of our talented fan artists! So the art jam prompt for February is Design a Banner for re:Fresh!
December - Holiday Ornaments
Hey gang!
For December, the art jam theme will be Holiday Ornaments! Design a hanging or standing decoration for your seasonal holiday of choice – or even just winter in general – based on your favourite Fresh TV show! This can be traditional artwork, a cut-out pattern that can be printed out and used or even photos of a real life completed decoration if you’re feeling particularly ambitious! Time to spread that holiday cheer!
